We've got another good one coming at you out of Oklahoma City. The Estate of Annette Berry Part #2 offers up a little bit of everything for everyone. Auction #2 is focusing on the remaining items on the main level including some beautiful antique furniture and of course, dolls, dolls, and more dolls. Upstairs we have a lot of sewing and craft items including a couple of kilns and a nice selection of ceramic molds. Now that the contents of the sheds have been liquidated, we are selling two nice modular Suncrest storage sheds. Other items selling include a nice selection of other collectibles and antique pieces along with some general household and useful everyday items. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserves and NO Sales Tax. Limited shipping is available at the buyer’s expense BUT you have to get your invoice paid before we leave town. We are on the road for this one and will try to ship everything right out of the house ourselves. However, we do reserve the right to utilize a third-party shipper for this sale depending on what you purchase. Please note that this property has been sitting vacant for a while. It appears it was a pet-friendly home at one time and even was possibly smoked in. Everything sells the way it sits, the way it was photographed, dust bunnies and all. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it.
